Copy paste issues
A number of users have experienced copy/paste issues in the comment section. One way to avoid this is to write your comments directly onto the web page, then copy/paste them to a word processing document afterwards (for your own backup).
Another solution is to make sure your word processor isn't using any funny formatting features. To get rid of those, you will need to save your comments as TEXT ONLY. You could follow these directions to save your work as text only, or use a text only word processor such as TextEdit or WordPad.
Do this after any time you have edited the Word/Appleowrks document, before
copying and pasting into the Web form:
1. Open the document with the comments
2. Select "Save As..." from the File menu
3. Select "Text Only" from the Format: pull-down list
4. If presented with a dialog box saying (something like):
"Continue with Save? -- This document may contain formatting which
may be lost when saved in Text Only format....[Yes] [No]"
Click YES
5. Close the document and re-open it.
(IMPORTANT: If you don't close it after doing the Save As, you will
NOT be working in the Text Only version.)
